Auckley Parish Centre is a modern purpose built meeting place which opened in 2007 to provide facilities for the benefit and enjoyment of residents and neighbouring communities.
It has a large hall with a wooden floor which can accommodate up to 100 people and a separate smaller meeting room. There is a well equipped kitchen with good working and cupboard space, along with a large range cooker/oven so is ideal for catering for large and small functions. Outside there is a small outdoor area that can be used for children’s activities or as an overspill in good weather and parking for up to 20 cars
Currently a wide range of organised activities take place (please click on the Events section of the website to view the current list) such as Brownies, Parent and Toddler Group, Tae Kwondo, exercise and dance classes, coffee mornings etc.
The hall is available for private hire for functions such as wedding, christening and funeral receptions, birthday and anniversary celebrations and musical entertainment. Public meetings are also welcome and a special rate is available for charity events.

Responsibility for the hall rests with a team of Trustees comprising representatives from the Church Council, Parish Council, the Methodist Church and User Groups. At each annual meeting elections take place for the positions of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Booking Clerk.
